
Array Networks has established its Customer Advisory Council to tap into the knowledge and perspective of our customers, ensuring that we stay in tune with their evolving needs. The council provides "thought leadership" and strategic guidance to the development of Array networking solutions and services and is comprised of a true cross-section of our broad and diverse customer base, representing both large and small organizations, as well as different regions and markets.
The Array Networks Customer Advisory Council meets formally once a year, and is in constant contact with Array to provide:
- Perspective in the evolution and development of the networking and security markets and customer needs
- Provide ongoing input and feedback regarding Array Networks strategic and product direction
- Provide input and feedback on new technology and services offerings
- Help with the prioritization of product road maps
- Serve as a focus group to evaluate strategies as appropriate
The Customer Advisory Council not only helps Array keep its finger on the pulse of industry trends that affect our customers, it helps us deliver true customer-centric products and services that add real and immediate value.
